Notice of Annual Membership Meeting & 

Voting for 2019 / 2020 Board of Directors

The purpose of the annual meeting includes electing the Board of Directors for the 2019-2020 season, reviewing the financial status of the league and reviewing reports from the various Committee Chairpersons.

If you cannot attend the meeting in person and you are a league voting member and/or a rostered manager or coach from the Spring 2019 season, please complete the absentee ballot and return it in accordance with the instructions included on the ballot.

* Per our Constitution, voters will include: families that have chosen to become voting members by checking that option when they registered during the Spring 2019 season (1 vote per family), current board members in good standing (1 vote each), rostered managers and coaches from the Spring 2019 season (1 vote each).
